Florence Tondu-Mélique is Chief Executive Officer of Zurich France. She starts her career at McKinsey & Company before joining AXA then Hiscox where she holds senior executive positions focused on business transformation, innovation and value creation. She sits on the boards of the French-American Foundation and Savills plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. She graduated from HEC Paris and Harvard Business School.
